Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the rules for using Lekhio and its services, applications and APIs (the “Platform”). It exists to keep the Platform safe, fair, secure and reliable for every customer.

This Policy applies to everyone who accesses the Platform — account owners, invited users and anyone acting on your behalf. It supplements, and is incorporated into, your agreement with Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd.. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy and to ensure that your users do the same.

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to, use the Platform to:

• store, publish, transmit or process any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful under applicable law;
• infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person or entity;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or otherwise distribute communications through the Platform in violation of anti-spam or consent laws;
• upload, transmit or distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful or malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, other tenants’ data, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform, or to probe, scan or breach security or authentication measures;
• scrape, harvest, crawl, or place excessive automated load on the Platform, or otherwise interfere with its integrity, performance or availability;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform, or attempt to derive its source code or underlying structure;
• resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise provide access to the Platform to third parties outside the scope of your subscription.

Lekhio exposes a REST API together with API keys and webhooks so you can integrate the Platform with your own systems. Programmatic access must be fair, reasonable and consistent with the capacity of your plan.

• Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys, and must rotate or revoke any key you believe has been compromised.
• Respect the rate limits, quotas and usage thresholds applicable to your plan. We may throttle, queue or temporarily block requests that exceed those limits or that threaten Platform stability.
• Configure webhooks responsibly — use secure endpoints, verify signatures, and avoid patterns that generate excessive retries or traffic.
• Do not use the API to circumvent plan limits, extract bulk data beyond your legitimate needs, or replicate the Platform’s functionality for a competing service.

You are solely responsible for the data, records, files and content you upload to or create within the Platform, and for the data relating to your own end-customers, suppliers and contacts.

• You must have all necessary rights, consents and legal bases to collect, upload and process the data you place on the Platform.
• You must handle your end-customers’ personal and business data in compliance with applicable data-protection and privacy laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, quality and lawfulness of your data, and for configuring roles and access controls so that only authorized users can view it.
• You must not upload data that you are not permitted to share, or that would cause Lacspace to violate any law by hosting or processing it.

Lacspace may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and take any action it considers appropriate. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, actions may include:

1. a warning and a request to remediate the issue within a stated period;
2. throttling, restricting or suspending access to some or all of the Platform, including API access;
3. termination of your account and this Policy, and removal of offending content, in serious or repeated cases.

Where a violation poses an immediate risk to the security, integrity or availability of the Platform or to other customers, Lacspace may act without prior notice. We may also disclose information to law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Policy — including security vulnerabilities, abuse, spam or unauthorized access — please report it promptly to our compliance team at compliance@lacspace.com.

Please include enough detail for us to investigate, such as the accounts involved, the nature of the issue and any supporting evidence. We take every report seriously and will respond as appropriate.

Lacspace may update this Policy from time to time to reflect new features, evolving threats, or changes in law. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Platform.
