Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Lekhio, a product of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd.. We aim to keep it fair, clear and predictable.

This Policy applies to all Lekhio plans. For current plan features and prices, see our pricing page. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before purchasing.

Our Starter plan is free forever. It requires no credit card and carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund or cancel in the billing sense — you can simply stop using it or delete your account at any time.

The Free Starter plan is provided subject to our other policies and may be subject to usage limits. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need more capacity or features.

Paid Lekhio plans are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the cycle you choose at checkout. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and your subscription renews automatically at the end of the period unless cancelled.

• Prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
• Applicable taxes (such as GST/VAT) may be added to the listed prices in accordance with law and your billing location.
• Annual plans are billed once for the full term and typically offer a discount over the monthly rate.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
• your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for any future period;
• cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the remainder of the current period — partial periods are generally non-refundable.

After the paid period ends, your account is downgraded to the Free Starter plan or closed, in accordance with the section on downgrades and data below.

Because you can cancel at any time and control your renewals, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis, and will issue a refund where it is genuinely warranted — in particular for:

• a duplicate charge or an accidental double payment;
• a demonstrable billing error on our side;
• a charge you did not authorize, subject to verification.

To request a refund, email sales@lacspace.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge, including your account details, the invoice or transaction reference, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Certain charges are non-refundable, including:

• Custom onboarding, setup, implementation or migration fees once the corresponding work has been delivered;
• fees for periods already elapsed, and partial (unused) portions of a current billing period following cancellation;
• third-party charges, taxes or payment-processing fees that we cannot recover.

You may downgrade to a lower plan or to the Free Starter plan at any time. On downgrade or cancellation, features and capacity limits associated with your previous plan no longer apply, and data that exceeds the limits of the new plan may become read-only or inaccessible until you reduce usage or upgrade again.

Your business data remains available to you while your account is active. We provide a reasonable export window so you can download your data (for example via CSV export or the API) before an account is closed. After that window, and following account closure, data may be permanently deleted from active systems in line with our retention practices.

We recommend exporting any records you wish to keep before cancelling or downgrading.
